Baked “Senolių Zanavykų”

Baked curd cheese “Senolių Zanavykų” made following the traditions of Zanavykai region. Specially selected spices lend the cheese a rich taste and pleasant smell.
Baked curd cheese is made of pasteurized cow milk. When the cheese is compressed, it is rubbed with a special mix of spicy herbs and salt and then baked.
When heated in an oven or microwave oven, the cheese reveals its taste and aroma.

Ingredients Full fat curd 97% (milk, lactic acid bacteria), salt, mix of spices in various proportions (garlic granules, sweet red peper, mix of spices  (coriander seeds parsley, turmeric, thyme, fenugreek seeds), garlic powder, ground aromatic pepper, ground black pepper, spicy red pepper). Spices may include traces of mustard, celery, sesame and peanut.
