Ingredients:
- 100 g salmon fillet,
- 2 tablespoons “Senolių“ sweet cream,
- 4 tablespoons “Senolių“ sour cream,
- 1 shallot onion,
- salt to taste,
- pepper to taste,
- 1 lemon,
- 2 slices of dark wholemeal bread.
Directions:
- Chop the salmon and the shallot onion into small pieces and blend it with the cream and sour cream.
- Add salt, generously sprinkle with ground black pepper.
- Spread the cream onto the bread and serve with a slice of lemon on top of it.
- For a party the cream can be served in small pastry cups with capari or one-bite appetizers – on slices of dark bread with a confectionery syringe, decorating with a branch of dill and a slice of lemon.
