Salmon cream


  • 100 g salmon fillet,
  • 2 tablespoons “Senolių“ sweet cream,
  • 4 tablespoons “Senolių“ sour cream,
  • 1 shallot onion,
  • salt to taste,
  • pepper to taste,
  • 1 lemon,
  • 2 slices of dark wholemeal bread.


  • Chop the salmon and the shallot onion into small pieces and blend it with the cream and sour cream.
  • Add salt, generously sprinkle with ground black pepper.
  • Spread the cream onto the bread and serve with a slice of lemon on top of it.
  • For a party the cream can be served in small pastry cups with capari or one-bite appetizers – on slices of dark bread with a confectionery syringe, decorating with a branch of dill and a slice of lemon.
