Ingredients:
- 200 g “Senolių“ curd,
- 1 glass of “Senolių“ kefir,
- Grietinė „Senolių“, 2 šaukštai
- 10 plums,
- 2 eggs,
- 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda or baking powder,
- Some sugar,
- Some salt,
- Oil or other fat for frying.
Directions:
- Beat the eggs with the curd well.
- Mix flour with baking powder.
- Pour the kefir, and cream, combine it well.
- Add halved and stoned plums
- Mix well and fry on a heated pan until it becomes golden yellow.
- Serve with sour cream and sugar.
