Traditional “Senolių Šventinis” cheese

Curd “Senolių šventinis” is dedicated for special occasions. It is a delicious cheese with pleasant taste, retaining the traditional Lithuanian culture.
Cheese for special occasions used to be given as a present on very important family celebrations: weddings, christenings; therefore it would be made a huge one, usually with traditional spices such as salt and caraway seeds.

Traditional curd is one of the most popular Lithuanian products. This cheese is made following the old Lithuanian recipe and traditional way of producing. Cheese is made of high quality pasteurized cow milk, without artificial additives and preservatives. Traditional cheeses include cheeses with or without spices. Traditional Lithuanian spices are used: salt and caraway seeds.
