„Belvederis“ is a semi-hard cheese, named after Belvederis region, characteristic of old traditions.
It is an especially mild tasted, pleasant flavoured cheese in wax rind. A great snack and seasoning for various dishes and salads.
The cheese is produced 40 % fat in dry matter.
